Yes, all of our orders are shipped in either boxes covered in unmarked brown or white paper or unmarked yellow bubble envelopes.
Delivery time is estimated at checkout when you choose your delivery method.
Free shipping is currently offered in Canada for orders over $75 before applicable taxes and in the United States for orders over $95.

Yes, if you have purchased the wrong size you can exchange a product for the correct size. This only applies to shoes and boots. You cannot return an item. Only exchange for the correct size and only on shoes and boots. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy.
