No, we do not do home delivery.

At this time curbside pickup is only available at our store in Ottawa, Canada.

Yes, all of our orders are shipped in either boxes covered in unmarked brown or white paper or unmarked yellow bubble envelopes.

Delivery time is estimated at checkout when you choose your delivery method. 

Free shipping is currently offered for all U.S. orders that are $100 or more in value.

We accept all forms of credit card payments in USD.

At this time, we only accept credit card payments though Elevon Payments.

At this time, all orders are shipped from our warehouse/retail store in Ottawa, Canada.  

Yes, you can call our store and pay by phone. We accept credit card payments over the phone during our regular business hours. 

In our retail store, we accept all major payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MC and Amex), debit cards and of course, cash.

Yes, both in store and online during the Christmas shopping season, between Nov 1st and December 15th.

On our website, gift wrapping services is amiable for an extra $10 charge.

Due to hygienic reasons and the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns on any product for any reason.

Yes, if you have purchased the wrong size, you can exchange a product for the correct size.

This only applies to shoes and boots. You cannot return an item, only exchange for the correct size and only on shoes and boots.
